Using cognitive behavioral therapy, I will help you learn healthy options for changing your thoughts, feelings and behaviors. This therapy is based on the idea that our thoughts cause our feelings and behaviors, not other people, situations, or events. Since we can change the way we think, we can feel and act better even if the situation does not change.
